Contract Packaging

We provide bagging services for a number of applications, ranging from hardware & spare parts to items requiring hygienic packaging, such as food products and medical accessories, along with nitrogen purge, if required. Working with Tyvek, cello, foil, and FDA approved material for bagging, we offer different packaging options that exactly match your requirements. A variety of sealing options, such as ziplocks, heat sealing, peel away pouches, and vacuum-sealed are also offered to our customers. Our bagging services include flow wrapping, and the packaging can be performed by weight, volume, or count.

With the ability to run both clear as well as print registered film, we offer cost-effective flow wrapping packaging services in different formats, as well as sizes ranging up to 21.5” in length and 12.8” in width. In addition, our flow wrapping services are also offered for multi-packs along with U-Cards, if required. These services are used for packaging various products, including wrapping candy, cookies, pastries, magazines, utensils and trial size consumer products. For the packaging of small, flat items that can be easily pin fed, we offer over wrapping services. Equipped with high-speed wrappers that can wrap over 120 packages per minute, our services are particularly ideal for sample inserts or mailers, test kits, candy bars, and printed literature.

Our relationship with several companies that produce high quality, competitively priced, printed film allows us to assist customers in sourcing packaging materials. Our facilities are FDA registered and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
