We routinely handle automated as well as manual completion of all types of mailings, folders, and binders. Collating, automatic plus semi-automatic glue tipping, padding, single or double wing easeling, and a variety of other bindery services, with one-color or full color digital printing options, is not a problem for us. Padding, for short and long production runs, is handled effectively by our expert team. Our abilities to cut up to 45” on a polar cutter and mount up to 40”sheets, helps us to meet customer demands for varied size requirements. Apart from collating binders and folders, we can insert pocket folders & envelopes, hand glue, and tape capacity folders, as well as use Kleenstik two-sided transfer tape for mounting.

Our ability to provide tens of thousands of print bindery services per day, and can ensure quick turnarounds in any given project. For instance, we printed 30,000 full size pads with easels for a large commercial printer within a deadline of 3 days. Supportive contacts with UPS, FedEx, plus many other service providers, allow us to offer drop shipment services. If typographical or other errors are identified during printing/binding, our team resolves them immediately, ensuring in-time delivery according to customer needs.
